Vol. 1 No. 5 (2026)It is my pleasure to welcome readers to Volume 1, No. 5 of the International Journal of Management, Policy and Administrative Studies (IJMPAS), October 2026.
This edition brings together timely studies addressing contemporary issues in technology, education, financial inclusion, project management, sustainability, entrepreneurship, public policy, and basic service delivery. Although diverse in focus, the contributions share a common commitment to generating knowledge that can inform practice, strengthen institutions, and support sustainable development.
The volume highlights the growing importance of technological innovation and institutional capacity, examining indigenous technology and technology transfer, digital tools for education and enterprise, and machine-learning applications in project management. It also addresses human development and inclusion through studies of skills acquisition, financial inclusion, language proficiency, and economic empowerment.

Collectively, these studies demonstrate the value of research that connects rigorous inquiry with real-world challenges. IJMPAS remains committed to providing a credible platform for original scholarship that advances knowledge in management, policy, administration, and related fields.
